“Apple” - 5 Year Old Grade Mare - 15.1 Hands “Apple” is a gorgeous, solid riding horse. She neck reins, will work a cow, and is great in the mountains! Apple has a solid walk, trot and lope and will cross anything in front of her on the trail without hesitation. She carried our 3 year old son along with my husband through Rocky Mountain National Park without a hitch! Apple would do best with an intermediate rider, although she is safe. A handy kid could get along with her with the correct trainer.
