Description
2021 SORREL GELDING Hit Em Up Gunner, aka “Hit Man,” is a 5 yr old AQHA sorrel gelding that stands 15 hands tall. This is a royally bred guy that’s pedigree is stacked top to bottom with world champions. He is very broke to ride in every way. Was started in a reining program where he achieved a beautiful handle. He knows all of the different maneuvers and is a smooth, elegant mover. He lopes pretty circles and is good with his leads. Has a great turn around and does it correctly. He has also been used on the ranch for cattle work, including moving pasture cattle around and sorting, and has been lightly roped off of as well. He takes everything in stride and is always a gentleman. He is very gentle to be around and to ride and has never offered to buck or be silly even when being laid off. He also rides English and has been in some English classes and even loves to go over the smaller jumps. He has been used out on the trails where he takes everything as it comes and is not spooky or watchy of things along the way. He crosses water and has been around the different wildlife and is a pleasure to ride. Hit Man could go so many different directions and make an outstanding finished horse in multiple disciplines. He has been in great professional hands for his whole life. He is trained to side step up to a mounting block, fence or step, and make it easy to get on. He trailers well and stands great for the horseshoer. Very easy to catch. He has no bad habits or vices. This is a fancy young gelding at the start of his career. Take him home and finish him however you would like or just enjoy riding a fancy broke gentle gelding. The sky is the limit with this guy. You can pack flags on him and ride him without a bridle. Has been ridden by youth riders as well as older riders. He has no soundness issues at all and will sell 100% sound with a current PPE done. If you think Hit Man might be a good fit for you, we’d love to tell you all about him. Give us a call and come and try him at the Ranch.
