He moves nicely enough for the ranch riding and has adequate potential in the reining, but his favorite thing and true calling, if you asked him, is pretty much anything to do with cows. We purchased him to breed to a few of our mares to produce a very versatile and capable partner that would still be amateur-friendly. I chose him for his balanced conformation, huge feet and bone- pictures don't do them justice- and quiet, kind temperament, in hopes that the resulting offspring would have excellent brains, be in the mid-range for size and have well above-average movement, conformation and bone. Having said all that...he is way too young, athletic and promising to sit in my backyard and breed a couple mares per year. I have zero business with this much horse if I don't have anyone to show him, so, we're going to collect and freeze for ourselves to use in the future beyond this year, and offer him to a home that will do some justice to his potential. Please text for additional videos. Ask any questions - best home is of utmost importance. *NOTE, he had surgery on his right eye as a weanling due to injury. He is NOT blind in that eye. He can and will work a cow on his right. The eye isn't pretty, but it's not a hindrance that anyone working him has ever noticed. I do have short video of him working a cow on his right.
