PHOTO INTEGRITY
Horse photos should show the horse in front of you.
Cavvy checks listing photos as sellers upload them, looking for signs an image may have been created or changed in ways that could misrepresent the horse.
A SAFER START
What the screening does
- Checks listing photos for signs they may have been created or changed in ways that could misrepresent the horse.
- Helps buyers feel more confident that listing photos represent the horse accurately.
- Helps credible sellers earn buyer trust by showing what buyers can expect.
FOR SELLERS
Use the earliest unedited photo available.
If a photo needs a closer look, Cavvy will explain common causes and encourage you to replace it with the earliest unedited file from the camera or phone. If someone else took the photo, ask them for the original when you can.
You may still keep the photo and submit your listing, but it will require manual review. Approval may take longer, and we may ask for the original or additional photos.
