Peptos French Mate

This 2025 sorrel filly is sure to perform. She has a lot of potential to be your great next prospect and has a wonderful personality that is easy to get along with, plus the motor and energy to go far. She’s got the kind of natural feel and sensitivity that will make a high performer or an enjoyable bridle horse. Her dam has impressed us with her natural gentleness and willingness to work hard. Although bred to be a quick-footed cow-horse (this mare has a big stop!) she has seen miles in the mountains and is lined up to be our kids horse in the next couple years. She’s always a pleasure to be around and has passed this on to her filly. This filly’s sire is a proven rope horse and has passed on his ability to his offspring. Just last year, two of his 3-year olds sold for $8000 and $10000 at Billings Livestock sale and had a great start in roping. This 2026 foal should mature between 14.2- 15.1 hands and be built to move. She’s halter broke and easy to walk up to in the pasture but has had nothing else done with her, so she is a clean slate for whichever direction you want to take her.
