Abbotts Hosea Cuervo “Kevin” is an ‘09 model buckskin gelding looking for his next roping partner and family. He stands 14.1 hands and built like a tank. He’s gentle and meets you at the gate. Shod all the way around and ready to go! Kevin is a finished heeler, but he’s game for anything you throw at him. He heads, heels, breakaways, works at the sale barn, and even hog hunts. He’s been roped from the 10s down. Kevin won the women’s ranch roping and placed in several other events at the Baker Spain Stampede last year. Just last week, he was roping strays. Kevin is a solid, dependable partner who adapts to his rider. Climb on him bareback for a relaxing ride or saddle him up to go win a check, he knows which horse to be when you need it. He’s got a strong idle and drive to work but not dangerous or hard to handle. An experienced child could get along just fine with him. Age is just a number for this gelding. If it weren’t for the grays on his forehead, you’d never guess him to be 17. He’s sound and sane, with several years of roping and ranching left in him.
