She was 9th in the AQHA World with a youth rider and also qualified for the VRH World Show. Billye is a finished boxing, ranch and reining horse with a big stop, smooth turnaround, and the athleticism to handle a full day’s work. She’s been used for roping, is confident on the trails, and has the quiet disposition everyone looks for. Whether you’re headed to the show pen or spending the day outside, she’s the same dependable mare every ride. She is soft in the bridle, rides one-handed, and has an easy, willing attitude. She stays calm in the show pen and is happy to go whatever speed you ask. Easy to catch, load, haul, bathe, and stands well for the farrier. Billye can be a little mare-ish in her stall, but once she’s bridled and headed to work, she’s all business.
