She was started as a reiner and shown at a handful of futurities during her 3-year-old year, marking a 141 in one of her first Open Reining classes. Since then, she has successfully competed in reining, ranch riding, and ranch trail, with her most recent accomplishment being winning the Open Reining at a show in Stephenville, Texas. She has an effortless sliding stop, consistent cadence in her spins, easy lope departures, smooth circle transitions, and, most importantly, an exceptionally easy lead change. Her reining ability, combined with a stunning extended trot, correct side pass, and willing attitude, makes her a show partner you won't want to pass up. Best of all, she performs just as well with a youth rider. Unlike many show horses on the trail, Tally is the type you can kick back, relax, and simply enjoy. From creeks and rivers to steep, rocky terrain, she'll take you wherever you want to go without hesitation. She is sure-footed, confident, and reliable, making every ride enjoyable for riders of all experience levels. She's easy to work on and is capable of gathering cattle, sorting pairs, opening and closing gates, roping off of, and riding through thick brush. Every gait is smooth and comfortable, making even the longest days in the saddle something to look forward to. Tally reads, tracks, and sorts cattle with confidence and natural ability. She has also been started on the cutting flag and down the fence, making her ready to debut at local reined cow horse shows.
