Tiny

Tiny is a 5 year old Percheron/Quarter Horse cross gelding standing around 16 hands or just under. He’s got a lot of size, good bone, and fantastic potential. Tiny has been used at cow camp and the sale barn, and he does a great job in the arena, although he definitely prefers having more of a job to do. I haven’t had any issues giving him months off and hopping right back on him. He’s not the type that needs to be ridden into the ground. Having a couple of days off each week actually seems to benefit him. Tiny is not beginner safe. He’s an absolute powerhouse to ride, so you do need to know how to ride. He has no buck, bolt, or rear, but he can get heavy in your hands, and we’re currently working on keeping him steady and not building in the lope. I think with a little more work he’d make one heck of a pickup horse, or take him and have a great ranch horse. He’s been rode in the timber and in the desert country. Rides off by himself or with others no problem, not a buddy sour horse. You won’t find the bottom of him, he’ll go all day in big country. On the ground, Tiny is a gentleman. He stands quietly all day long and is very easy to be around. He’ll pick you up off of the fence, truck, trailer, stock tanks, anything you can climb on he’ll pick you up off of. Leads, loads, backs out, bathes great and is good for the farrier. The only reason I’m selling him is because my truck is down and I need to upgrade. Otherwise, he’d be staying with me.
