Description
Governors Tag, “Crash”, as we like to call him, has been the nicest horse we’ve ever owned. He’s extremely physical, smart about a cow, and has a very calm cool collected demeanor. Most importantly, we love the amount of try this young stud has.
Crash is sired by modern cutting royalty, Hashtags, and is out of a stout 15.3 hand Peptoboonsmal daughter, that came off the Aaron Ranch. His granddam on the mare side was a big, good minded Leo Hancock Hayes mare.
Ranching in Wyoming requires a certain type of horse. They have to be super tough to earn their keep in the rugged vast country we ride in. We purchased Crash as a weanling with hopes of him having the qualities that so many of us in Wyoming like in the Blue Valentine horses, as well as the ability that the cutting horse genetics produce. We really lucked out with him, and how he’s turning out. We plan to continue showing him in reined cowhorse events, as well as ranch and rope on him.
We welcome you to check out our social media pages to see Crash in action.
