Red Roan Roy

“Roy” is about as good as they come for an all-around ranch horse. This gelding is easy to catch, stands for shoeing, loads, hauls, and is an easy keeper. He has a mild personality, but will get up and go when you ask. He can cover country, gather cows, and has been roped off of. This gelding is gentle - he’s had plenty of hours of young kids in the saddle, and is patient. I always recommend that young kids ride along (or are near) a competent adult when around horses in general, but Roy is definitely a horse you can trust and count on to take care of his rider. He has the right breeding, foundation, and overall temperament to go any direction you want.
