Thumper

Thumper is a big 6yr old draft cross - grade - gelding. He is a finished RANCH horse with the mind to do anything you want him to. This is not a weekend cowboy horse. This is a COWBOYS horse. One that will put you on every time. Make you a better rider without having to fall off first. He will teach you things you didn’t know you were capable of just by letting him take the wheel. Sound, in your pocket, with a low temperament. He isn’t the fastest horse on gatherings, but his strong build and stability allow him to go all day. All four of our family members (includes 2 young boys) have helped make Thumper the bomb he is! Thumpers Do’s: Stand to be shod Load in trailer Stand in trailer tied or untied Come back after time off ready to work Stand tied Stand hobbled Stands with calf on the rope Packs children and ponies children (NOT SELLING AS A KIDS HORSE) but that does not mean your experienced rider couldn’t ride him. Ponys and can be ponied Protect rider from crazy mother cow or bull Open gates while rider is on Rides double Ride bare back (not much experience with this) Chase cows to china if necessary You can rope cattle off him in the branding pen and pasture We truly believe there isn’t much he won’t do!
